Dave Lane is a highly experienced construction professional with over 22 years in the industry. with a strong background in Site Managerial roles across large-scale residential and commercial projects. Dave holds an Open Builder’s Licence and has developed a reputation for clear communication, strong leadership, and effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to deliver well-coordinated, high-quality outcomes.

Emma brings over 17 years of experience in accounts administration, primarily within the trade and building industries. Emma’s background includes co-ordinating accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations and providing administrative support to the Maplestone Homes team.

Rhys is a highly experienced building industry professional with more than 20 years of hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects. His passion for carpentry began at a young age while working alongside his grandfather in the shed, where he developed a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, hard work, and attention to detail.

Andy is a Qualified Carpenter with experience across a range of high-end residential construction projects throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast, including new custom architectural builds, knock down / rebuilds, and classic renovations.

Liam began his journey in carpentry starting out as a labourer, gaining hands-on experience and learning the foundations of the trade from the ground up. The more time he spent on- site, the more passion he developed for the work, eventually leading him to officially sign on as a first-year apprentice with Maplestone Homes.

Ky is a19 year old carpentry apprentice with HIA and is currently working for his host company, Maplestone Homes. Ky has lived on the Gold Coast his entire life and is currently an amateur Muay Thai fighting out of a gym in Burleigh heads.
