Dave holds an Open Builder’s Licence and has developed a reputation for clear communication, strong leadership, and effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams to deliver well-coordinated, high-quality outcomes.

Currently, Dave serves as Construction Manager for Maplestone Homes, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects spanning from the Sunshine Coast to Coolangatta, including new builds, major renovations, and custom apartment refurbishments. With additional experience as a Project Manager, Dave brings a well-rounded skill set covering end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and contract administration.
