With over a decade of hands-on experience across multiple trades and construction disciplines, Raymond brings a rare depth of practical knowledge and professional versatility to every project he touches. His journey through the industry has been shaped from the ground up — literally — beginning with more than five years labouring for concreters,
followed by experience with renderers, painters, and prefabricated timber framing within a major frame supply business. This foundation gives him an instinctive understanding of build quality, sequencing, and the realities of life on site.

Before moving into design and project management, Raymond also spent three years in warehousing for rigging and mining, creating chain slings and handling specialised lifting equipment. This exposure to high-precision, safety-critical environments sharpened his attention to detail and reinforced his commitment to doing things right the first time.

Over the past five years, Raymond has established himself as a skilled building designer, combining technical capability with a strong appreciation for constructability and client needs. His transition into project management was a natural progression — bringing together his trade background, design expertise, and ability to coordinate people, processes, and outcomes. He approaches each project with a focus on clarity, communication, and continuous improvement, always looking for ways to elevate both his own performance and the performance of those around him.
