Murray Costin is a construction professional with over 35 years of experience across custom and volume residential building, recognised for his strategic leadership and strong technical grounding. He began his career in the early 1990s as an apprentice carpenter with a high-end custom home builder, where he developed a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship while completing his Diploma in Building and Construction. He transitioned into technical roles as a timber estimator and roof truss detailer before advancing into leadership, managing frame and floor truss operations in the early 2000s.

Murray went on to build an extensive career in project housing across New South Wales and Queensland, progressing from production estimator to Estimating Manager, a role he held for 15 years. In this position, he led high-performing teams, streamlined estimating processes, and contributed to the successful delivery of large- scale residential projects.
